Gautam Institute of Nursing

Gautam Institute of Nursing was established in 2015 by the charitable trust Shantidoot and operates under the umbrella of the Gautam Group. The institute is committed to contributing to the rapidly improving educational and healthcare landscape in Bihar.

In recent years, Bihar has witnessed significant growth in literacy rates, student enrolment, and the expansion of nursing institutions, along with increased recruitment of healthcare professionals. To meet this growing demand, it is essential to professionally and technically equip young individuals with quality education and practical training.

Shantidoot is a registered charitable trust dedicated to social development, professional capacity building, and skill-based education. The trust focuses on empowering youth—especially women—by providing career-oriented training that enhances employment and earning opportunities.
